Description

Develop product portfolio roadmap in collaboration with strategic marketing and product development teams
In partnership with Strategic Marketing, develop and implement market research strategy (VOC, primary research, surveys, focus groups) to guide product line planning
Develop new insights into the market and recommend appropriate changes and customizations in positioning and key messages as necessary
Drive the definition of product requirements and specifications to guide development teams in the creation of product features and benefits
Own new product introduction from concept to commercialization
Partner with commercial teams to build compelling go-to-market strategies

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, etc. Preferred
10+ years of Product Marketing experience in the Lifescience/Biotech Industry
Experience managing direct reports required

ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally

Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
