The company focuses on sustainability and innovation to deliver high-quality, environmentally friendly solutions to its global customers.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Process Engineer include, but are not limited to:Collaborating with technicians and operators to resolve plant process issues.Creating and maintaining process and procedure documentation, as well as training materials for operators.Contributing to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring effective communication and execution of management of change procedures.Supporting the commercialization of new products and processes.Utilizing statistical process control techniques to measure product quality, process capability, and yield.Enhancing process efficiencies, including first pass quality, productivity, and safety.Coordinating plant support by collaborating with R&D on new products from inception to full production handoff.Investigating causes of downtime and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
