They're looking to continue their growth in their industry and are looking for a Process Engineer to identify machining bottlenecks, improve process flow, and maintain the excellent reputation they've built for themselves.

Job Description

  • Develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production workflows.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes.
  • Maintain and upgrade CNC equipment to meet production demands.
  • Train team members on new processes and equipment usage.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during production.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
