Job Description

The Process Engineer's responsibilities will include the following daily tasks:

  • Working collaboratively with R&D teams
  • Optimizing production processes
  • Redeveloping and reinventing products
  • Working hands-on with 2-3 NPI processes
  • Troubleshooting problems related to production processes

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Process Engineer should have:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Experience with ELISA or antibody manufacturing
  • Experience working within FDA regulations
  • Chemical Binding
  • A strong ability to work cross-collaboratively
  • Coding and antibody conjugate experience a plus
