Job Description

The Process Engineer will:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies; report unsafe conditions or practices promptly.
  • Promote a safe and efficient work environment on the production floor.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues to maintain production flow and product quality.
  • Document findings and communicate results clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Identify and support process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing error-proofing strategies in manufacturing processes.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and visual factory practices.
  • Collaborate with technical representatives to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Assist with the installation and validation of new or relocated equipment.
  • Provide CAD support and design input as required.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks and other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or associate degree preferred; or a minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with CAD software; SolidWorks proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within the industrial space
  • Background in job shop or custom manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
