Known for its technical expertise and commitment to quality, the company delivers innovative, high-performance products tailored to meet complex engineering challenges.Job DescriptionThe Process Engineer will:Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies; report unsafe conditions or practices promptly.Promote a safe and efficient work environment on the production floor.Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues to maintain production flow and product quality.Document findings and communicate results clearly to relevant stakeholders.Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.Identify and support process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.Assist in implementing error-proofing strategies in manufacturing processes.Report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and visual factory practices.Collaborate with technical representatives to resolve complex technical challenges.Assist with the installation and validation of new or relocated equipment.Provide CAD support and design input as required.Perform quality assurance tasks and other duties as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
