Job Description

The Process Engineer will lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency. This role involves developing process documentation, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across production.
Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and control plans.
Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues related to materials, equipment, and processes.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Process Engineer is a hands-on with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization. They should have experience in precision manufacturing and a proven track record in Lean methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
5+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
Expertise in Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
