About Our Client

A well-established and growing manufacturer in the Laconia, NH area is seeking a Process Engineer to join its dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time, exempt position ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex production challenges.

Job Description

  • Identify and resolve production processing issues in real time.
  • Document findings and communicate results clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and validation of new or transferred equipment.
  • Assist in developing error-proofing strategies and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide CAD support and design solutions using tools like SolidWorks.
  • Promote and adhere to safety protocols, 5S, and visual factory standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • High school diploma or associate degree, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Strong understanding of rubber molding processes (preferred).
  • Experience in a job shop or custom manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic.
