Job Description

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Design, enhance, and develop manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to implement new strategies.
  • Ability to operate process related equipment independently.
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations on process improvements and project status.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in plastics engineering
  • Injection molding is a requirement
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and injection molding processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in technical software and a strong understanding of safety regulations.
