They prioritize excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement across their products and processes.Job DescriptionThe Process Engineer will report directly into the Director of Engineering and be responsible for:Analyze and optimize rubber manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production throughput and reduce waste.Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent product quality.Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.Design and execute trials for new raw materials, process changes, and equipment modifications.Determination of tooling modifications and coordination of tooling repair/refurbishment.Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.Apply today for immediate consideration!
