Job Description

The Process Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency.
  • Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes.
  • Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.
  • Manage cost and time constraints.
  • Assess processes for efficiency and make necessary improvements.
  • Oversee implementation of new processes and machinery.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Injection Molding capacity
