Job Description

As the Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing manufacturing processes while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve complex manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for critical production processes and automation systems
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations; support both internal and external audits
  • Lead process and equipment validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Drive new product introduction, technology transfer, and scale‑up from R&D to commercial manufacturing
  • Lead structured root-cause investigations and develop robust CAPA initiatives
  • Execute continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and data‑driven analysis

The Successful Applicant

For the Process Engineer position, we are seeking:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma, food, nutraceuticals, or medical devices preferred)
  • Professional Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Proven ability to lead improvement projects with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
  • Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, automation, process control systems, or MES
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across levels
