In this role you will work on the development of new products to adhere to unique customer orders, enhance the manufacturing of existing products and processes, and troubleshoot issues as they occur.This is a great opportunity for either a junior engineer who wants to receive exceptional training, or a senior engineer who can hit the ground running!Job DescriptionLeading the development of new products and enhancement of existing rubber injection moldsTroubleshooting any problems on the manufacturing floor and ensuring processes are optimizedEnhancing material and process efficiency to ensure compliance with customer specifications and optimal suitability for the production processes.Generating comprehensive documentation for processes and materials, encompassing part masters, routers, bills of material, external process instructions, and raw material specifications to meet internal and external standards.Implementing a dependable and ergonomically sound production process, facilitating the smooth transition and training from development to production stages.Writing SOPs and ensuring that documentation is completed properlyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
