Process Engineer - Specialty Chemicals/Advanced Materials - MD

• Ensure manufacturing processes operate safely, efficiently, and within regulatory compliance.
• Participate in process safety programs, identifying and addressing risks.
• Lead and support capacity optimization and waste reduction initiatives.
• Facilitate and oversee process trials for raw materials and production scale-ups.
• Drive new product introductions, working closely with Research & Development teams.
• Manage process start-ups, commissioning projects, and technology transfers.
• Troubleshoot chronic process issues, applying root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Recommend and support capital expenditure projects to enhance operations.
• Assist in customer, internal, and third-party audits to ensure compliance.
