Employees benefit from a collaborative, research-driven culture where they work on next-generation materials and processes that shape the future of multiple industries.Job DescriptionEnsure manufacturing processes operate safely, efficiently, and within regulatory compliance.Participate in process safety programs, identifying and addressing risks.Lead and support capacity optimization and waste reduction initiatives.Facilitate and oversee process trials for raw materials and production scale-ups.Drive new product introductions, working closely with Research & Development teams.Manage process start-ups, commissioning projects, and technology transfers.Troubleshoot chronic process issues, applying root cause analysis and corrective actions.Recommend and support capital expenditure projects to enhance operations.Assist in customer, internal, and third-party audits to ensure compliance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
