Job Description

Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
Implement Lean Six Sigma tools on current processes
Troubleshoot machinery and implement solutions
Coordinating capital expenditures with other departments
Interpret customer blueprints
Participate in new product introduction projects in a high mix/low volume manufacturing setting

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Manufacturing Engineer candidate will possess the following:

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
Exposure to programming CNC machinery
Strong LEAN and CI experience
Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design software
At least 4 years of experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as they impact the development of projects
Problem solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities
