Job Description

Re-engineering existing compliance processes, define current state and develop future state following lean six sigma practices
- Define requirements for Process, data, system and organization changes, develop business case and impact assessment
- Develop process mapping and perform complex financial, process, and organizational assessments, develop models and financial analysis
- Drive process optimization, Root cause analysis, Conduct data collection and perform quantitative analysis
- Process Automation opportunity identification and solution development
- Develop presentation and project deliverable using standard tools

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record in change management, process improvement, technology and business transformation.
* Experience with various transformation methodologies, Lean Six sigma, Sigma, etc.
* Previous extensive experience in transformation, risk management, compliance, audit or consulting in financial services.
* Demonstrated ability to absorb complex concepts and support development of actionable, achievable and measurable improvements * Demonstrate the ability to perform complex financial, process, and organizational assessments, develop models and financial analysis * Experience of working in a global environment, working across cultures and matrix organization structures.
* Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and navigate the organization using formal / informal networking skills.
* Experience in supporting management of senior stakeholder requirements / design sessions.
* Demonstrated ability to provide strong analytical and communication support for work efforts to meet objectives effectively and efficiently * Effective & efficient communication skills * Expert level skills in Excel

1.) Problem Solver - strong ability to demonstrate skills in identifying problem areas (issue, root cause, impact), designing new ways of working, and deliver solutions that enhance the operation
2.) Process re-engineering technical skills - Current State Assessment (process mapping, capacity assessment, data analysis, etc.), Target State Design, Requirements Gathering, Benefits Assessment, Business Case Development, Roadmap Development
3.) Very Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
