Job Description

Responsibilities for the Process Metallurgist Role includes:

  • Review customer specifications and assess the organization's ability to meet product requirements.
  • Provide metallurgical expertise for resolving product or processing issues.
  • Consult with sales, operations, and technical teams to recommend solutions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of bid proposals with material and process recommendations.
  • Establish and refine material processing sequences and cost‑effective production procedures.
  • Select appropriate raw materials based on required physical and chemical properties.
  • Assist in designing production practices for specialized customer needs.
  • Monitor production capacity, processing flow, and factors impacting delivery timelines.
