This role will contribute to efficient procurement and supply chain practices with effect project management tendencies.

Job Description

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms.
Assist in developing procurement strategies to support organizational goals.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on procurement activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Analyst should have:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in procurement and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools (Coupa and/or Monday.com a PLUS)
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
PMP Certification or dedicated project management experience.
Lean Six Sigma Certification
