Job Description

  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on procurement activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools (Coupa and/or Monday.com a PLUS)
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
  • PMP Certification or dedicated project management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
