Job Description

  • Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support seamless operations.
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Support contract management, including renewals and negotiations.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management to support decision-making.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the procurement and supply chain team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with procurement software or systems is a plus.
