Procurement Specialist

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize costs and supplier relationships.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and manage supplier compliance with company policies and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier data for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to meet operational deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement and supply chain functions.
