Job Description

  • Design and develop new rubber products and components to meet customer specifications.
  • Create and test prototypes using CAD tools and material sampling.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, tooling, and sales teams to ensure manufacturability.
  • Research and evaluate raw materials, processes, and emerging technologies for innovation.
  • Define molding or extrusion processes and support scale-up to full production.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during development and launch phases.
  • Implement quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation (drawings, BOMs, reports).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing product lines.
