Job Description

The Product Engineer will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing product designs to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Performing testing and analysis to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Identifying and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the creation of technical documentation, including design specifications and reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards during product development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Engineer should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • MUST HAVE a background in plastics, injection molding, or extrusion.
  • Rubber experience a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
