The business offers a highly collaborative environment with deep engineering expertise and long-tenured employees, creating both stability and long-term growth potential.Job DescriptionOwn full P&L responsibility for a ~$25M capacitor product line serving aerospace, defense, space, and industrial marketsDrive revenue growth while managing cost structures, margins, and overall product line performanceOversee key operational metrics including Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost (QDIC) within a regulated manufacturing environmentLead product line strategy including pricing, bid support, and customer engagement in partnership with sales and engineering teamsManage and develop a cross-functional team, including direct reports within manufacturing and product managementSupport material sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and implementation of lean manufacturing initiativesParticipate in customer interactions, audits, and technical discussions to ensure alignment on product performance and delivery expectationsContribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning as part of the site leadership teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
