Our client is a leading power electronics company specializing in the development and manufacturing of AC/DC converters and power systems. Their innovative products serve a wide range of industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, industrial automation, and telecommunications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for power electronics and AC/DC converter product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to drive product positioning and differentiation.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical specifications and features into clear and compelling customer-facing messaging and value propositions.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to provide product training, sales tools, and support materials to enable effective customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute product launch plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on power electronics and AC/DC converters, staying abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

*This role may include up to 30% global travel

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing within the power electronics industry, with a strong focus on AC/DC converters.
  3. In-depth technical understanding of power electronics and AC/DC converter technologies, including their applications and market trends.
  4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
