Production Coordinator

• Point of contact between cross-functional US teams, SHO office, and overseas agents for daily issues.
• Facilitate order commitments (Timelines) to overseas partners to ensure all case packing, ship dates, and ETA dates are accurate as confirmed
• Daily communication with cross-functional partners and agents to troubleshoot issues and ensure forward movement of open orders
• Checking Timelines weekly to ensure that critical paths stay on track and call out any deviations
• Checking WM KPI chart daily to ensure that SKU setup/port splits/WM PO releases meet target timing and call out any deviations
• Checking WM program trackers for India COO weekly to ensure production milestones are on track and call out any deviations
• Checking WM shipping charts to ensure orders are handed over (DI) or meet a vessel (WH) on time and call out any deviations
• Checking India/Pakistan supplied WIP charts weekly to ensure agents are on schedule and call out any deviations
• Partner with HDX Production team to ensure clear flow of information and seamless execution of Sam's Club and COO Turkey orders
• Prepare open issues for WM weekly cross-functional Timeline meeting, for team awareness and resolution
• Utilize TNC tools and platforms daily to gather information and support on resolution of issues (Timelines, Production Tracking/Shipping logs, Redhorse, ACS)
• Collaborate on special projects as needed
