They have shown impressive growth the last 20 years, and seek a Production Engineer to help optimize facility production processes.Job DescriptionRead and understand product drawings/schematics from other engineers.Lead problem solving efforts to resolve production problems.Work cross-functionally with quality and engineering teams to drive process improvements.Develop proper manufacturing, testing, and quality control standard work.Conduct in process checks on the production line to ensure standard work is followed and work-in-process, finished products, and packing meet established quality requirements.Testing of electrical fixtures.
