Job Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Developing and implementing production schedules to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supervising production team members to enhance performance and skill development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production workflows and resolve issues.
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain production flow.
  • Analyzing production data and generate reports to track performance metrics.
