Production Manager - French Camp, CA

Responsibilities for the Production Manager include:

• Lead day‑to‑day production operations across a high‑mix, fast‑moving schedule environment.
• Supervise supervisors, leads, and superintendent‑level personnel.
• Drive workflow optimization, recovery plans, and data‑driven decision making.
• Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards across the production floor.
• Partner cross‑functionally to escalate issues quickly and support engineering changes.
• Oversee execution within a highly automated sheet‑metal and assembly operation.
• Support maturity building across the team and strengthen leadership layers.
• Contribute to scaling from small job‑shop workflows to large‑scale, automated production.
• Utilize ERP systems and operational data to improve output, efficiency, and stability.
