Production Manager - Industrial Manufacturing - Danvers, MA

This Production Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the production team and scheduling
• Coordinate material flow with warehouse and shipping
• Develop technical expertise in product lines
• Oversee ERP usage, including BOM and work order entry
• Design efficient production steps and line configurations
• Maintain daily production schedules and communicate timelines
• Ensure staffing meets production targets
• Collaborate on custom product solutions
