Production Manager - Manufacturing - Methuen, MA

This Production Manager will:

• Supervise daily activities in the panel shop, including assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection.
• Ensure compliance with UL standards and internal quality procedures.
• Review schematics, layouts, and BOMs for accuracy before production.
• Assign and monitor work for technicians, ensuring deadlines and quality goals are met.
• Train and mentor personnel on wiring techniques and safety practices.
• Conduct inspections and functional testing of completed panels.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing for timely material availability.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Prepare accurate build records and production reports.
