The company emphasizes quality, safety, and innovation in its production processes.Job DescriptionThis Production Manager will:Supervise daily activities in the panel shop, including assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection.Ensure compliance with UL standards and internal quality procedures.Review schematics, layouts, and BOMs for accuracy before production.Assign and monitor work for technicians, ensuring deadlines and quality goals are met.Train and mentor personnel on wiring techniques and safety practices.Conduct inspections and functional testing of completed panels.Maintain a safe, organized work environment and enforce OSHA compliance.Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing for timely material availability.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.Prepare accurate build records and production reports.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
