Production Manager - Manufacturing - Tilton, NH

The Production Manager will:

• Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any hazards or violations.
• Promote safe work practices and participate in safety initiatives.
• Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing needs to determine priorities and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and departments to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Update schedules in response to design changes, material or labor shortages, or production delays.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely production and shipping.
• Maintain required inventory levels and request materials as needed.
• Distribute schedules and work orders to departments.
• Compile production data for status reporting.
• Arrange delivery or distribution of materials to keep production on track.
• Develop production timelines based on sales forecasts.
• Conduct personnel evaluations and support positive team morale.
• Provide coaching, support, and training opportunities for team members.
