Production Manager--Overnight Shift

• This person will need to provide accurate reporting of labor utilization, employee safety, department efficiency, quality, materials, and line time, all of which are to be reported to the organization on a daily basis
• Ensures that HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards are achieved and completed
• Oversee operations which includes quality, production, maintenance, capital planning and EHS.
• Manage and control assets to achieve and improve cost objectives while meeting or exceeding Customer's expectations
• Lead and ensure all production and operating facilities operate safely and in compliance with regulatory and corporate safety and environmental programs standards and goals
• Monitor employees' work performance and attitude and perform formal reviews as required by policy
• Ensures that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced following quality guidelines
