Production Plant Manager - Meat Processing Plant

• Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.
• Implement and maintain food safety protocols and ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Lead and develop production teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all equipment within the meat processing plant.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Manage and resolve operational challenges while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.
