Production Supervisor- 1st Shift

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to company standards and timelines.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes to meet product specifications and safety standards.
• Lead and motivate production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and process improvements.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Assist in training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.
