Our client is a full service law firm with offices across the United States. Although on the smaller side, the firm is only growing and is committed to providing the best services to their clients. They are seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join them in their Philadelphia office!

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the professional development team
  • Manage calendars and spreadsheets
  • Assist in the on-boarding of associates
  • Prepare for staff events including in-person evaluation meetings
  • Support and build relationships with attorneys
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments
  • Act as a team player

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of legal or business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Administrative experience is a plus
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Team player with a great attitude
