Job Description

This Program Manager will:

  • Define program objectives and strategies consistent with company and customer goals.
  • Lead customer communications to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and transparency.
  • Manage program cost, schedule, and risk to meet deliverables and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
  • Support proposal development, quoting, and planning for new and existing programs.
  • Track and report program milestones, deliverables, and earned value metrics.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Administer risk management processes and develop mitigation plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Manager should have:

  • 4-6 years' experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or defense environment.
  • Strong technical background; experience with production programs or new product introduction (NPI) preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Project and familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience managing quotes, proposals, and program delivery in a structured environment.
  • U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Excellent communicator who can bring their own "art form" - balancing structure with creativity and initiative.
