This company has great benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, quarterly bonuses and more.Job DescriptionThe Program Manager will be responsible for: Accountable for overseeing the implementation of certain customer contracts involving intricate systems and/or government agreements.Plans, directs, controls, and coordinates financial and engineering activities for the program(s), aiming to achieve financial and technical goals.Organizes interdepartmental tasks within a matrix organization, ensuring the program is completed on time and within budget.Establishes operational direction and takes corrective actions to meet customer needs while achieving project-specific sales goals, gross margin targets, on-time delivery rates, bookings goals, and customer satisfaction.Oversees the program from initiation through delivery, liaising with customers on technical matters.Evaluates status and risk, formulates recovery plans, and meets customer expectations and business objectives.May assist in new business proposals.Collaborates with functional peers for the exchange or presentation of information.Consults with department supervisors or leads to determine the status of assigned projects.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, external customers, and functional peers at various management levels, requiring the ability to gain cooperation from others and present technical information regarding specific projects and schedules.Regularly engages with senior management or executives on issues involving multiple functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.Manages the activities of two or more programs, overseeing costs, methods, and employeesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
