Program Manager - Electronic Manufacturing - Lowell, MA

The Program Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain) to meet program objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, identifying any challenges and proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
