Project Accountant - Construction

The Project Accountant - Construction will be responsible for the following:

* Review and code invoices for approval and reconcile vendor statements and discrepancies
* Process AIA forms
* Monthly review of job cost activity ensuring consistent and proper coding.
* Insurance - Obtain, review and track insurance policies and certificates
* Prepare and process contracts, change orders, purchase orders
* Extract pertinent information from Agreements/Contracts for implementation in various processes
* Enter budgets, commitments, and changes thereto and Invoices into Construction Accounting software
* Prepare and obtain lien waivers
* File - Paper and electronic records
* Liaise with consultants, contractors/sub-contractors, and vendors
* Provide administrative support to Project Executives and Managers
* Assemble Monthly Partner's Reports
* Assemble and file compliance reports, job specific sales tax exemption returns
* Prepare monthly funding requisitions
* Perform additional assignments and support as deemed necessary by supervisor
