Job Description
- Responsible for projects included financial statement preparation, lender reporting, variance analysis
- Budget and Forecasting management
- Management of audits and tax return preparation
- Manage ap, ar and rent collections
- Work closely with controllers

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and or/Finance required
- CPA a huge plus
- 2-5 years of experience in project accounting real estate development environment industry
- STRONG GL accounting knowledge, preferrably within MRI/Yardi software
