Job Description

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
  • Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation
  • Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules
  • Maintain organized project files and construction documentation
  • Support permit, inspection, and DOB-related processes
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups
