Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain and optimize the Workday HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, job information, compensation details, and organizational structure.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements to improve HR processes.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of system enhancements and new functionality within Workday, including business processes, security roles, and integrations.
  • Conduct data analysis and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality, ensuring employees and managers have a comprehensive understanding of the system.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Stay updated on Workday system releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in HRIS projects, system upgrades, and system testing, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to HR operations.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards, providing key metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working as a Workday HRIS Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in configuring Workday business processes, security roles, and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
