Project Developer (Utility Scale Solar & Wind)

• Lead Site Screening, selection and feasibility assessment
• Conduct land, market, regulatory, and other project-related research
• Manage projects through land acquisition, environment diligence, engineering design, permitting/entitlements , and interconnection/transmission service requests
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
• Creation and Management of an overall project strategy plan
• Prepare project budget and cash flow projection, management, and tracking
