Job Description

  • Lead Site Screening, selection and feasibility assessment
  • Manage the project development process from site identification to "ready to build stage"
  • Conduct land, market, regulatory, and other project-related research
  • Assist with managing the projects through land acquisition, environment diligence, engineering design, permitting/entitlements , and interconnection/transmission service requests
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
  • Creation and Management of an overall project strategy plan
  • Prepare project budget and cash flow projection, management, and tracking
  • Maintain and build relationships with landowners

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3+ years experience within the renewable industry
  • Exposure to utility-scale solar or wind projects
  • Relationship-oriented
  • Comfortable being "hands-on"
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Well-rounded project management experience
  • Ideally located in the Northeast
  • Willingness to travel >25%
