Project Developer (Utility Scale)

The Project Developer (Utility Scale) will

• Lead and manage renewable energy projects (solar, wind, and battery storage) from early-stage development through to NTP.
• Oversee key project milestones, including site selection, interconnection, permitting, environmental approvals, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with landowners, utilities, permitting agencies, and other stakeholders to advance projects.
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence to identify new project opportunities, including emerging data center developments.
• Manage relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and investors for project sales.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams on engineering, finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed on ERCOT and other key market developments to support pipeline growth.
• Given the small team size, take ownership of multiple projects and gain exposure across all development stages.
