Job DescriptionLead Site Screening, selection and feasibility assessmentManage the project development process from site identification to "ready to build stage"Conduct land, market, regulatory, and other project-related researchAssist with project site identification and environmental studiesNegotiate lease agreements with landownersCollaborate with external and internal EPC teamsMonitor and assist with regulatory processesMonitor risks, budget, and schedule of projectAssist with managing the projects through land acquisition, environment diligence, engineering design, permitting/entitlements , and interconnection/transmission service requestsManage relationships with external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaignsCreation and Management of an overall project strategy planPrepare project budget and cash flow projection, management, and trackingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
