About Our Client

Our client is a US-based renewable energy development firm that focuses on utility-scale solar. They have years of experience within the industry and have a substantial pipeline of projects in both early and late stages and are actively looking to grow their development team.

Job Description

  • Manage the project development process from site identification to the "ready to build stage".
  • Conduct land, market, regulatory, and other project-related research.
  • Assist with project site identification and environmental studies.
  • Collaborate with external EPC teams.
  • Monitor risks, budget, and schedule of the project.
  • Assist with managing the projects through land acquisition, environment diligence, engineering design, permitting/entitlements, and interconnection/transmission service requests.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2+ years of experience within the renewable industry
  • Exposure to utility-scale solar or wind projects but other project types would be considered
  • Relationship-oriented
  • Comfortable being "hands-on"
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Well-rounded project management experience
