They have substantial support from the group to grow across numerous markets within the US, initially growing their current portfolio in ERCOT.Job DescriptionThe Project Development Manager will:Help identify new greenfield renewable energy and energy storage project opportunities, including market assessments and fatal flaw identification.Research parcel and other landownership data.Format and integrate available data sets for use in renewable energy development.Meet with landowners, and community stakeholders to establish a positive, long-term relationship with host communities.Manage and coordinate with internal and external resources to achieve land acquisition, permitting, interconnection/transmission, and other project development milestones, with accountability for budget and schedule.Create and maintain project maps, databases, and tracking tools for assigned projects.Track project level progress, risk, opportunities, and economics.Perform regional market and competitive analysis as assigned.Establish and maintain industry and community relationships to advance project development.Facilitate the development of internal processes and business planning tools to improve the execution ability of the team.Keep up-to-date knowledge of market conditions including policy, interconnection, permitting and competition.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
