Project Director

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving to address project challenges effectively.
• Monitor project performance and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
