Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Implementing new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing project specifications and performance standards to meet customer requirements.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Participating in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  • Maintaining a high level of quality control for all projects.
  • Continually evaluating processes and methods, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Project Engineer' should have:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
  • 3+ years of experience.
