Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Prepare, track, and manage RFIs (Requests for Information)
  • Review, submit, and follow up on submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and reports
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects on schedule
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts
  • Help facilitate communication between the office and field staff
  • Participate in project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and action items
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the company
